Graphic Design Assistant

Management Centre Europe (MCE) is one of the largest Training & Development providers in the EMEA region. With major clients throughout Europe and the Middle East, we are now recruiting sales and marketing professionals to support our continuing growth. Marketing is today not tomorrow. It is a key part of MCE’s marketing strategy. MCE is currently recruiting a Graphic Design – Marketing Assistant to join the team.

As part of MCE’s marketing team, this role’s main focus is on the Graphic Design and Marketing support for MCE’s different business lines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Graphic Design skills with Canva, Adobe Suite and others an advantage
    • To brand and do graphic design work on key MCE commercial materials including:
      • Proposals
      • Programme Materials
      • Certificates
      • PowerPoints
      • PDFs
      • Notebooks etc.
  • Manage external suppliers for external design projects g. events marketing, partnerships etc
  • Work with Social Media tools and Web Graphics
    • Create social media infographics, posts, images
    • To create and adapt MCE brochures, flyers, marketing materials, banners, promo materials in PDF and other formats
    • To create web graphics for usage on MCE website – banners, images, headers, buttons etc.

 

Key Characteristics:

  • Project oriented, well structured, detail oriented, good planning skills, meeting deadlines, excellent level of English and Arabic
  • Experience with social media, web, pdf, brochures, materials, PDFs, powerpoints etc.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A degree or related qualification in marketing and/or graphic design
  • Be able to think outside the box, keeping up to date with graphic design trends and utilising these to innovate

 

Key Competencies Required:

  • Excellent level of English and Arabic, other languages a plus
  • Passionate about marketing and graphic design
  • Independent, innovative, results driven
  • Analytical, numbers focused, detail oriented
  • A good communicator, this role may involve some client interaction

We specialize in leadership, management, and professional development programs and are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base and support our fast-growing operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and account growth through consultative sales techniques
  • Sell our portfolio of public training programs to HR leaders, L&D managers, and department heads
  • Conduct regular client visits and virtual meetings to identify training needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, government, and semi-government sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure seamless implementation
  • Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools to track pipeline and forecast revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional training, HR solutions, or consulting
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Arabic  
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management and decision-makers
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through, organization, and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required (Jeddah, Jubail, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of learning & development trends and corporate training models
  • Familiarity with key account management and consultative selling
  • Strong MS Office skills; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred

🎯 The Role

As Team Leader – Customer Experience & Open Enrolment Operations, you will lead our client-facing operational team, ensuring every Open Enrolment programme is managed with precision, care, and a clear focus on delivering outstanding service.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our OE training programmes — from programme confirmation to post-delivery follow-up — always keeping the participant and client experience front and center. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align our processes with client expectations and business objectives.

This role requires someone who is operationally strong but also understands the value of every client interaction, even in the background — someone who connects operational accuracy with customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate OE operations and logistics with a strong focus on client experience, responsiveness, and satisfaction
  • Make timely confirm/cancel decisions based on registration status, always aiming to meet client demand and maximize programme impact
  • Monitor registrations, transfers, cancellations, and attendance with a view to supporting clients and optimizing availability
  • Ensure all logistics (venues, trainers, materials, pre-programme communication) are delivered to a professional, high-quality standard
  • Work with Finance on budgets, forecasting, and invoicing — always keeping value for clients and commercial health in balance
  • Maintain accurate data and smooth client journeys in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Handle client communications before and after the programme to ensure clarity, confidence, and a seamless experience
  • Allocate inbound leads/enquiries quickly and accurately to the right internal teams to support timely client engagement
  • Oversee post-programme follow-ups: attendance tracking, feedback collection, and continuous improvement based on client input
  • Uphold MCE’s operational standards and ensure consistency in our promise to clients

  • 3–5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or training/event coordination
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and smooth experiences
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to energize and guide a small team
  • Detail-oriented, process-focused, and committed to high standards
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to align operations with business goals
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fully available to work on-site in our Brussels office
