Programme Details

Strategic Thinking is a 2 day hands-on training programme, highly interactive with exercises and role plays. During the programme, you focus on developing your strategic thinking so that decisions you make are linked to the overall strategy and goals. You also learn to follow the key steps that are needed to implement your strategy.
